A pain day... 

Today I went for my every 6 wks dental appt. The adjustment for my braces was.. So crazy! Is my mouth a machine?! There's spring, rubber band, two types of wire on each row of my teeth. The pain is getting more and more incrutiating! The pain in my mouth also turned into a terrible headache and I feel that my head is gonna explode soon!
